A preparation method for food-grade granular magnesium oxide for tableting, comprising the following steps:
(1) feeding magnesium hydroxide raw material into a cyclonic dynamic rotary kiln;
(2) indirectly heating and calcining it at a high temperature of 650-950 degrees, and the generated magnesium oxide is cooled by dehumidification;
(3) entering impurity removal and particle size treatment, entering granulation and pressing molding;
(4) particle mixing.
