Preparation process of high-purity magnesium oxide for plasma display

This project invents a simple technology for preparing high-purity magnesium oxide products, which can be used to produce raw materials for dielectric protective films of PDP displays and raw materials for producing magnesium oxide single crystals, with a product purity of more than 99.99%; invented a technology for preparing fused magnesium oxide from densely packed high-purity magnesium carbonate; invented a process for preparing Ca, Sr, and Sc-doped magnesium oxide materials; invented a technology for preparing composite functional oxide materials such as magnesium-aluminum and boron-magnesium; prepared magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, basic magnesium carbonate, and basic magnesium sulfate micro-nano materials in the form of hollow tubes, blocks, fibers, multilayer sheets, and flowers; its raw materials are easily available, the product purity is high, the cost is low, and it has the value of industrial application.

The present invention proposes a new practical technology that makes the purity of magnesium oxide products reach more than 99.99% and the particle size is between 50nm and 10μm; its raw materials are easily available, the product purity is high, the cost is low, and it has the value of industrial application.
