Hebei Messi Biology Co., Ltd. stated that it uses magnesium hydroxide and oxalic acid as raw materials and controls experimental conditions to prepare nano-magnesium oxide. Study the effect of dispersants such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfate and potassium alkyl phosphate on the particle size of magnesium oxide products, through X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize the phase morphology of the magnesium oxide product.
The results show that using polyvinyl alcohol as the dispersant, the magnesium oxalate precursor is synthesized by grinding, and when calcined at 600°C, spherical nanometer magnesium oxide particles with uniform particle size can be obtained. The sample was analyzed as a pure phase of magnesium oxide. The TEM image showed that the prepared magnesium oxide nanoparticles had a particle size of 10 to 20 nm and a relatively uniform particle distribution.
