Surface modification method and effect of magnesium hydroxide

Modification effect: Titanate coupling agent CS-201, CS-311 and organic flame retardant cresol diphenyl phosphate, dimethyl phosphite modified MH can reduce particle agglomeration and improve particle size dispersion, and the best effect is titanate coupling agent CS-311. Organic flame retardant cresol diphenyl phosphate modified magnesium hydroxide can improve the heat resistance of magnesium hydroxide and quality retention rate at high temperature. Magnesium hydroxide modified by titanate coupling agent CS-311 has the best compatibility with EVA resin and greatly improves elongation at break; magnesium hydroxide modified by cresol diphenyl phosphate has the best flame retardant effect.
